Michelle Kaplan currently works on a variety of litigation matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed Trustee under the Securities Investor Protection Act in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities, LLC.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kaplan practiced as an associate at a commercial litigation firm where she worked on complex litigation and commercial real estate matters.
During law school, Ms. Kaplan was an executive articles editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law.
