MSNBC's "Hardball with Chris Matthews": Truth Commission
Washington, D.C., partner David Rivkin was featured on the March 4, 2009, edition of MSNBC's "Hardball with Chris Matthews" program. Rivkin discussed Sen. Patrick Leahy's efforts to have Congress create a "truth commission" to explore and expose the Bush administration's policies on detention and interrogation.
Rivkin, who served in the Justice Department and the White House under Presidents Reagan and George H. W. Bush., also testified before the hearing of the Senate Judiciary Committee, of which Leahy is Chairman, on the same subject.
