Employment Law Partner Elliot Azoff recently presented at the Larger Cities Newspaper Conference on October 20-21 at The Plain Dealer headquarters in Cleveland.
Azoff’s presentation, “Recent NLRB Developments, 2011” discussed recent decisions of the Obama Board that potentially impact newspapers, as well as how the NLRB is handling Social Media cases. Client attendees represented at the event included The Plain Dealer, Boston Herald, Chicago Sun-Times, New York Post and The Wall Street Journal. The attendees oversee labor relations at major metropolitan newspapers.
Azoff was the sole attorney invited to speak at this conference— the conference planners select only one attorney to provide a lunch time presentation on a legal topic of pressing interest.
