CINCINNATI, OH – September 8, 2010 – Baker Hostetler announced today the continued expansion of its Cincinnati office with the addition of Partner W. Ashley Hess. Hess, who was previously a Partner at Greenebaum Doll & McDonald, has joined the firm’s Business Group. The hiring of Hess is the most recent in a series of additions to Baker Hostetler’s Cincinnati office which has more than doubled in size over the past 18 months.
As a member of the Business Group, Hess will continue to focus his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance as well as general business counseling for entrepreneurs and public and private companies. He has extensive transactional experience and has advised clients on numerous deals in the automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance and restaurant industries. Hess has been recognized by Chambers USA as a top mergers and acquisitions attorney in Ohio.
