Baker Hostetler was recently listed by Corporation Service Company (CSC) in its Trademark Insider report as one of the top trademark firms in the country based the total number of new trademark applications submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Internationally, the firm was ranked 21st for the first quarter of 2010, 24th for the second quarter of 2010 and 18th year-to-date. The list was developed through analysis of public trademark filings data compiled by the USPTO and maintained in CSC’s global trademark data center.
