Baker Hostetler partner Steven H. Goldberg (NY) led a team that recently represented the management of Matrix Financial Solutions, Inc.—a portfolio company of financial sponsor Bluff Point Capital—in the sale of Matrix to publicly traded Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE:BR) for $200 million.
The transaction closed on January 7, 2011.
