Los Angeles, CA, June 15, 2011—Baker Hostetler announced that Marc L. Benezra has joined the firm as Partner in its Los Angeles, CA office. Benezra, formerly with Reish & Reicher, P.C. (formerly Reish, Reicher, Luftman & Cohen, P.C.) is a member of the firm’s Business Group and Real Estate Team.
Benezra focuses his practice on real estate and real estate financing, including commercial loan acquisition and disposition, commercial loan workout/restructuring and defending solvent commercial guarantors in connection with distressed real estate assets/loans. Benezra received his B.A. and M.B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles and his J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of Law.
