Washington, D.C., partner William Bergmann, who concentrates his practice in intellectual property counseling and litigation, including issues relating to government contracts and regulations, was recently invited to address the Aerospace Industries Association.
Bergmann, who previously worked as a trial and appellate attorney for 12 years at the United States Department of Justice, addressed the association's Intellectual Property Committee.
The Association is the premier trade association representing the nation's major aerospace and defense manufacturers. The more than 100 major aerospace and defense companies which are members of the association embody every high-technology manufacturing segment of the U.S. aerospace and defense industry, from commercial aviation and avionics, to manned and unmanned defense systems, to space technologies and satellite communications.
