Carney addresses FBI National Economic Crime Conference

John J. Carney was a featured lecturer at the Federal Bureau of Investigations National Corporate and Economic Crimes Conference on September 3. Mr. Carney addressed the potential impact of the compensation clawback and whistleblower provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010. The FBI's National Economic Crime Conference is held each year to as part of the Bureau's initiative to train special agents on the latest developments in the securities and white collar arenas. Mr. Carney is a partner in the New York office.
