Carney Lectures on Impact of Dodd-Frank

New York partner John J. Carney recently lectured on the impact of Dodd-Frank on SEC investigations and litigations as part of a national teleconference for in-house counsel. Carney addressed key aspects of the new law, including the SEC new enforcement powers, the new aiding and abetting standard in SEC cases and the effect of whistleblowers in government investigations.
