Carney Presents at FBI National Training Program

On July 11, 2011, Co-leader of the firm’s national White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations group, John J. Carney, was an invited presenter at the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s national training program for special agents. Carney, who is presently the Receiver for two investment advisers and several international hedge funds, joined other experts to discuss how Receivers and Trustees can work cooperatively with the FBI and other federal agencies to maximize recoveries for victims in financial fraud cases.
