On September 22, 2010, Orlando partners Tracey Ellerson and Pat Muldowney addressed human resource professionals at the “BB&T-JRD University” in downtown Orlando. This seminar was attended by approximately 100 human resource professionals.
Ellerson spoke on issues arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act, while Muldowney spoke on the impact of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (“GINA”) upon employer practices. Muldowney also presented on issues involving healthcare reform.
