Baker Hostetler Partner John Foster Appointed Co-Chair of the Equitable Distribution Committee of the Florida Bar, Family Law Section
ORLANDO, FL – July 1, 2010 – John Foster, a partner in Baker Hostetler's Orlando office, has been appointed Co-Chair of the Equitable Distribution Committee of the Florida Bar, Family Law Section.
The Equitable Distribution Committee is a committee of the Family Law Section that works to improve the laws and processes relating to the equitable distribution of assets and liabilities in family law cases.
Foster is a litigation partner with extensive experience as lead counsel in trials and appeals, as well as state and administrative proceedings. His practice includes emphasis on complex family and marital law matters, and complex construction and commercial litigation. Foster has been recognized as a "Leading Business Lawyer" by Chambers USA.
