Hartman to Present Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Webinar on January 26

Employment Litigation Counsel Holli Hartman will be presenting a sexual harassment in the workplace update in webinar from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET on January 26.

The webinar will focus on updating employment law practitioners on recent developments in the law of sexual harassment, including under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state anti-discrimination laws. Hartman will also discuss:

  • Trends in filings with the EEOC and lawsuits filed by the EEOC, including pattern or practice/class action cases.
  • The EEOC process for reviewing sexual harassment charges, including court decisions on what can constitute a charge and meet the agency’s conciliation requirements prior to the filing of a lawsuit.
