Baker Hostetler Columbus attorney Mark Hatcher was recently appointed by the Supreme Court of Ohio to serve as a member of the Commission on Continuing Legal Education. He is the District Five representative and will serve a two-year term which commenced January 1, 2011.
Hatcher advises public and private entities in connection with business formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financing and federal and state transactional tax matters. He was recognized by Columbus Business First as one of Columbus’ “Forty Under 40” for his professional accomplishments and his community involvement.
