Cincinnati partner Kevin Kirsch was a presenter at the Cincinnati Bar Association's June 3, 2010, CLE program, "Intellectual Property—The Landscape is Changing."
Kirsch's presentation at the seminar focused on the recently-adopted U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio's local patent rules, which he helped to draft. The new local rules went into effect on June 1, 2010. Click here to view a copy of the rules.
Kirsch is the former Chairman of the Cincinnati Bar Association Intellectual Property Litigation Committee, a member of the planning committee for the Ohio Annual Institute on Intellectual Property, and on the steering committee for the University of Dayton Computer and Cyberspace Law Seminar.
