Kirsch and McDonald to Speak at University of Dayton School of Law 21st Annual Seminar

Baker Hostetler Cincinnati partner Kevin W. Kirsch and New York partner Heather J. McDonald will be speakers at the 21st Annual Seminar on Significant Developments in the Intellectual Property Law of Computers and Cyberspace on June 10, 2011. The seminar, hosted by the University of Dayton School of Law, will focus on licensing, patenting, policing and navigating cutting edge technology.

Kirsch will participate in the program, “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum: Venue Selection in Patent Cases.” McDonald will participate in the program, “Counterfeiting/ISP Liability.”
