New York partner Heather J. McDonald has been selected to moderate a “Table Topic” during the 2011 International Trademark Association Annual Meeting.
The topic, “Current Trends in Third Party Liability: Landlords, ISP's, Credit Card Processers and Beyond,” will be presented during the breakfast Table Topics session on May 17.
The 133rd Annual Meeting will be held May 14-18 in San Francisco. More than 8,000 attendees are expected. Table Topics sessions held during the meeting offer more than 100 moderated small-group discussions, covering a wide variety of timely and important issues.
