CCH/Wolters Kluwer/Aspen Publishes Mergers & Acquisitions in the United States: A Practical Guide for Non-U.S. Buyers with 27 Baker Hostetler Attorneys

CCH/Wolters Kluwer/Aspen, the world’s leading publisher of legal materials, has released Mergers & Acquisitions in the United States: A Practical Guide for Non-U.S. Buyers, coauthored by 27 Baker Hostetler lawyers from five of the firm’s offices. A collaborative effort (including a two-day conference during which authors coordinated and integrated their contributions into a cohesive 850 page volume), the treatise provides many real world examples drawing upon the experience of Baker Hostetler lawyers in everything from international tax to intellectual property, from product liability to antitrust, international treaties and trade to immigration, customs, foreign corrupt practices, export controls, Sarbanes-Oxley, CFIUS and more. A Chinese-language version will be published during the first quarter of 2011, and a team of Baker Hostetler lawyers will be discussing major issues in the treatise at a publisher’s conference in Beijing in March.
