New Presents at Federal Bar Council Retreat

On October 30, 2011, Baker Hostetler Partner, Jonathan New was an invited presenter at The Federal Bar Council's 12th Annual Fall Bench & Bar Retreat. New spoke on the panel, “Ethics in Internal and External Investigations.” New, who has extensive experience in conducting internal and external investigations, both in private practice and during his seven years as a prosecutor at the Department of Justice, joined other experts to discuss various ethical issues concerning the use of private investigators, interviews of corporate employees and whistleblower protections.
