Ramos-Mrosovsky Discusses Healthcare Litigation At Harvard Club of New York

New York associate Carlos Ramos-Mrosovsky addressed members of the Harvard Club of New York at a January 26 presentation on constitutional challenges to the Obama Administration’s Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“PPACA”).

Mr. Ramos-Mrosovsky explained the issues at stake in constitutional challenges to the PPACA across the country. On January 31, 2011, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida ruled the PPACA unconstitutional in its entirety. See the district court’s decision.

Mr. Ramos-Mrosovsky’s practice focuses on federal and international litigation. He is a 2007 graduate of the Harvard Law School.
