Siber and Horowitz Address Korean Patent Attorneys Association

New York Intellectual Property partners Vic Siber and Red Horowitz recently addressed the Korean Patent Attorneys Association during a trip to Seoul, South Korea. The invitation was extended by a colleague of Siber’s who is a South Korean patent lawyer. During the presentation, Siber lectured on the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in the Bilski case, which impacts patent eligibility standards. Horowitz discussed issues of concern to Korean IP owners who wish to enforce their rights in the International Trade Commission. The presentations were well-received by the attendees and have been posted to the KPAA website for use as reference material.
