The event, held March 2-4, 2011, focused on recent trials, global internal investigations, defending Ponzi scheme cases, data mining on social networking sites, motions practice in criminal cases and the ethical obligations of white-collar lawyers.

Stamboulidis and Douglas Lankler, deputy general counsel at Pfizer, were panelists for the session “Big Cases: What to Do at the Beginning.” The panel explored current topics and trends, the impact of the Dodd-Frank whistleblower provisions and the debate on the value of credit for cooperation.
