Baker Hostetler Cleveland partner Randall L. Solomon has been appointed by the Supreme Court of Ohio to Chair the state’s Commission on the Rules of Practice and Procedure. Mr. Solomon has served on the Commission for five years and has chaired its Rules of Evidence subcommittee for the past three years.
Mr. Solomon is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation and in the defense of mass toxic tort cases.
Mr. Solomon is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
