Wymer to Present at National Wage and Hour Claims Conference

Martin T. Wymer, who serves as co-chair of the Baker Hostetler’s National Employment Litigation Practice Team, will speak at the American Conference Institute’s 12th National Forum on Wage & Hour Claims and Class Actions. The event will be held May 23-24 in New York.

The conference is designed to provide strategic advice and comprehensive strategies on managing the increased risks of wage and hour claims and class actions, defending against new and innovative claims and responding to emerging regulations and evolving enforcement priorities.

Wymer’s presentation, “Litigating FLSA, Rule 23, and Hybrid Claims: Navigating the Complexities of Wage and Hour Claims From Pleadings and Motions Through Trial,” will include a panel discussion focused on the following:

  • Pleadings and Motions
  • E-Discovery in Wage and Hour Litigation
  • Trying a Wage and Hour Case

In addition to the panel presentation, Wymer will be the featured luncheon speaker on the first day of the conference.
