Nick Cremona has substantial experience in all aspects of corporate and financial restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy litigation and debtor and creditors’ rights. His practice focuses on representing secured lenders, creditors, debtors, fiduciaries, debtor-in-possession lenders and acquirers of assets in complex Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, along with a variety of other clients with respect to the enforcement of debtors’ and creditors’ rights across numerous industries. His clients have included agent banks and senior secured lenders in several large Chapter 11 cases in connection with multibillion-dollar syndicated credit facilities, individual lenders or lender groups in connection with debtor-in-possession financing arrangements, institutional creditors in connection with prosecuting rights under repurchase agreements and swap agreements, and a variety of other clients with respect to prosecuting and defending avoidance actions. Mr. Cremona is part of the Baker Hostetler team representing Irving H. Picard, the SIPA Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC and the consolidated estate of Bernard L. Madoff in connection with Madoff’s Ponzi scheme.
