Nicholas White concentrates his practice on employment law and litigation matters, both at the trial and appellate levels. He has assisted in litigation involving a wide range of industries, including banking, insurance, retail, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, advertising and real estate. Mr. White has successfully defended employers in a variety of employment discrimination matters and has counseled clients regarding the statutory requirements surrounding plant closings and restructuring.
While in law school, Mr. White was Notes Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment Law and Practice. His note, "Taking One for the Team: Should Colleges be Liable for Injuries Occurring During Student Participation in Club Sports," was published in the Spring 2005 edition. Mr. White is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Bar Associations.
