Nichol M. Schoenfield concentrates her litigation practice primarily in commercial disputes. Ms. Schoenfield has broad experience representing clients in contract, trade secret and non-competition matters. She also has defended and counseled mortgage companies in a variety of matters, including yield spread premiums and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
In addition, Ms. Schoenfield has considerable experience in the employment litigation and white-collar crime areas, having worked on numerous age discrimination, reverse-race discrimination and wrongful discharge cases and represented several construction companies and individuals within the construction industry during federal and state criminal investigations.
Ms. Schoenfield also has significant experience in insurance defense and insurance coverage cases.
Ms. Schoenfield is a member of the Notre Dame Club of Cleveland. She is also a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
