Nina K. Goldberg
Nina Goldberg focuses her practice in the general corporate area for private and publicly held companies, with special emphasis on emerging companies. She advises clients on a variety of matters, including corporate governance and SEC compliance issues.
Her recent experience includes:
- Assisting a client in taking its company public by initiating the IPO
- Assisting in multimillion-dollar acquisitions
- Assisting a client in conducting a rescission offer and then completing a public offering, including blue sky registrations
While completing her law degree, Ms. Goldberg served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Arthur M. Greenwald of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Prior to beginning her law career, Ms. Goldberg worked as a litigation consultant for Arthur Andersen.
