Nine Cleveland attorneys were named "2009 Leading Lawyers" by Inside Business magazine in its annual survey, to be published in its December 2008 issue.
In order to be considered for this honor—which places the lawyers among the top one percent of attorneys in Northeast Ohio—an attorney had to be nominated from someone outside his/her firm, according to Frank Bird, Publisher, Inside Business.
