Nkosi Shields focuses his practice on E-Discovery and Technology. In that capacity he has worked on pre-trial discovery involving complex and multidistrict commercial litigation, securities litigation, corporate internal investigations, governmental investigations and bankruptcy litigation.
Mr. Shields is currently assisting the SIPA Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC in several litigations to recover funds stolen through the massive Madoff Ponzi scheme.
In addition, Mr. Shields is a member of the firm’s internal Discovery and Litigation Support Team.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Shields worked in the New York office of a major U.S. law firm.
