Paul M. Levine

Paul Levine litigates a wide range of matters, including commercial litigation, tax litigation, claim appeals, torts, government contracts, enforcement matters, environmental litigation and scientific issues. Paul also has significant experience in complex discovery productions which include presentations on the topic. Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, he worked more than four years at the Department of Justice through its Honors Program and clerked in the Northern District of Illinois.

Representative Matters

  • Participated on litigation team that obtained a jury verdict and damages for British Barristers accused of breach of fiduciary duty by member of a royal family and numerous corporate entities
  • Coordinated one of the largest government electronic discovery production while defending claims arising out of Hurricane Katrina
  • Defended government approval of vaccine against claims of tainted virus strain which allegedly caused cancer
  • Representing claims on behalf of taxpayer seeking refund for involvement in investment program
  • Representing claims on behalf of government contractor that performed complex engineering surveys at military installation
