Paul S. Enockson

Paul Enockson has a diverse litigation practice that includes the representation of privately held companies, publicly owned companies and high-net-worth individuals. Mr. Enockson works collaboratively with his clients to find creative solutions to their legal needs.

Mr. Enockson has experience litigating breach of fiduciary duty cases, including ERISA disputes and qui tam/False Claim Act cases. In addition, he has represented clients involved in product liability, contract, oil and gas, insurance coverage and construction disputes.

Mr. Enockson has been recognized as a 2009 Colorado “Rising Star” in the area of Business Litigation.

Mr. Enockson’s litigation practice involves the representation of his clients in matters throughout Colorado, in both state and federal court. He has also represented clients in specific cases in Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada and North Dakota.

Mr. Enockson is well-versed in the management and discovery issues relating to electronically stored information. His presentations include "Welcome to the Matrix: Electronically Stored Information Under the New Federal Rules," given to the Association of Corporate Counsel, Colorado Chapter, in December 2006.

Mr. Enockson is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. He also serves as the firm’s board member on the Colorado Lawyers Committee and chairs the firm’s Community Activism Committee.
