Raj Chohan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and media law.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Chohan was an Emmy award winning political reporter for CBS News Corp. His reports appeared primarily in the Denver television market with occasional appearances on national broadcasts. Mr. Chohan’s other professional honors include two Edward R. Murrow awards and First Place reporting awards from the Associated Press and the Colorado Broadcasters’ Association. In his spare time, Mr. Chohan hosts a weekly political discussion program for Colorado Public Television (PBS channel 12).
During law school, Mr. Chohan served on the Executive Board of the Denver University Law Review. His article on Garcetti v. Ceballos has been cited by the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and several law journals. He also earned top academic honors for trial practice, media law, election law, corporations, evidence practicum, voir dire and European Union environmental law.
