Rehana Vohra assists clients in a variety of commercial and healthcare business transactions and related matters. Her practice has been concentrated in the field of real estate transactions, where she has represented both publicly and privately held healthcare companies. She is responsible for large commercial healthcare real estate portfolios across the country.
While in law school, Ms. Vohra was an editor of the Houston Journal of International Law. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Ron Clark of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Beaumont Division.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Ms. Vohra worked as an attorney for Lone Star Legal Aid, where she practiced housing and consumer law. Ms Vohra assisted individuals with a wide variety of litigation and transactional matters, including foreclosure defense, debt defense, title challenges, landlord-tenant issues and contract disputes.
Ms. Vohra is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
