Dick Knoth practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, unfair business practices and intellectual property law. He has a wealth of trial experience on behalf of national and international companies in both jury and bench cases in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Mr. Knoth has also argued many appellate cases throughout the federal and state courts. Given the breadth of his trial experience, Mr. Knoth and his team are often also called upon to represent companies undergoing governmental investigations in many areas including advertising, trade practices, antitrust and corporate governance.

Mr. Knoth was recently appointed and re-appointed by Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Commissioners to position of Director of the Cleveland/Cuyahoga County Port Authority which is responsible for maritime trade, commercial real estate/finance and urban redevelopment, providing guidance on maritime matters and urban development needs.

Mr. Knoth is a member of the American, Federal, Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of VNA Cleveland (Finance Chair, Treasurer) and Opera Cleveland.
