Robert A. Weible heads Baker Hostetler’s Securities & Corporate Governance Practice Team. He regularly counsels boards of directors, board committees and executives on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and compliance and general business matters. He has extensive experience in counseling boards and special board committees in conflict-of-interest transactions and other sensitive situations, including substantial experience in representing both sellers and buyers in going-private transactions.
Rob’s industry experience includes automotive supply and other manufacturing, telecommunications and other media, restaurant chain operations, office supply, insurance brokerage and other retail products and services, oil and gas exploration, production, storage and transportation, commercial real estate and hospitality REITs, gaming, and professional sports and public utilities.
Rob has been named in Chambers & Partners’ 2005 to 2011 editions of the Chambers USA Client’s Guide.
