Bob Disch has been in private practice in Washington, D.C., for almost 29 years. He has represented clients in state and federal civil and criminal antitrust investigations, private treble damage antitrust actions and other commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense matters. Mr. Disch has conducted antitrust reviews of numerous corporate mergers and acquisitions, has furnished counsel on Hart-Scott-Rodino Act issues and has obtained regulatory approval under the HSR Act from the antitrust authorities for those mergers and acquisitions. He also has substantial experience in the field of appellate practice, having defended against appeals undertaken in numerous U.S. Courts of Appeals and State Appellate Courts. Mr. Disch is currently defense counsel in three major cartel cases in the air cargo carrier, freight forwarding and cement/concrete industries.
Mr. Disch is a member of the District of Columbia bar, the bars of the United States District Courts for the Districts of Columbia and Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
