Robert Kincaid is a lawyer actively engaged in trial practice. He is a Fellow, American College of Trial Lawyers, and has broad experience in civil litigation, particularly in business and commercial litigation, fiduciary and trust litigation and employment litigation. Mr. Kincaid’s experience includes more than 38 jury trials to verdict.
