Robin Boyles practices in the business group, where she assists clients in a variety of commercial and healthcare-related business transactions and related matters. Her practice has been concentrated in the field of real estate transactions, where she has represented both publicly and privately held healthcare companies. She is responsible for large commercial healthcare-related real estate portfolios across the country.
While in law school, Ms. Boyles served as an Assistant Managing Editor for the International Law Review Association. Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Ms. Boyles worked at a transactional firm where she represented clients in all aspects of real estate, including the drafting of documentation for the transfer of property interests; representation in corporate matters, including business entity formations and purchase and sale of assets; and drafting and negotiating provisions in various types of contracts.
Ms. Boyles is a member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association.
