Columbus partner Harlan Robins has been invited to address the International Council of Shopping Centers' (ICSC) 2010 Regional Retail Development & Law Symposium, "Real Estate At The Crossroads: Strategies For Surviving In Tough Times," to be held March 4-5, 2010, in Columbus, Ohio.
ICSC is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. The symposium will focus on the needs of legal, financial, leasing and other real estate professionals who serve the interests of shopping center developers, owners, lenders, retail tenants, leasing agents and managers. Robins, who maintains an active commercial real estate and general business practice, will moderate the panel: "Really 'Special' Assets: The Advent Of The Workout Department And Its Impact On Matured/Defaulted Loans":
