Ronald L. Hellbusch has defended mass litigation filed against more than twenty former manufacturers and distributors of asbestos-containing construction and friction products in Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, Idaho, Nevada and Arizona, appearing in both federal and state courts. He has defended these clients in depositions, hearings, and at trial.
In the course of that litigation, Mr. Hellbusch has become familiar with numerous asbestos-containing products, medical and scientific knowledge pertaining to asbestos, as well as personal injury and wrongful death. In addition, he has litigated claims for construction defects and securities fraud.
Mr. Hellbusch is a member of the American, Utah, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
