Ryan Fischbach concentrates his practice on commercial litigation. He has experience in a wide array of commercial disputes, including breach of contract and trademark disputes, ADA access, employment discrimination matters and non-competition matters, as well as trade secret and employee/independent contractor classification matters. Mr. Fischbach also has experience in mass torts, class actions and insurance coverage matters. He has obtained successful results for his clients in a variety of forums, from state and federal courts to private arbitrations, including obtaining temporary restraining orders and other injunctive and provisional relief.
Mr. Fischbach is a member of the Los Angeles County and American Bar Associations. He was recognized in 2006 and 2007 as a Southern California “Rising Star” by Law & Politics and the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine.
