Samir Ranade’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. His past experience includes the representation of public corporations, public retirement plans, investment funds and individuals in a number of litigation and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Mr. Ranade was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where his practice focused on commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as regulatory investigations brought by securities and antitrust regulators.
While attending law school, Mr. Ranade was an editor of the New York University School of Law Moot Court Board and an intern at the Natural Resources Defense Council.
