Sarah Newcomer has experience litigating all aspects of business disputes, including matters involving claims of tortious interference with business relations, breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful termination, antitrust and trade secret misappropriation.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Newcomer served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gregory L. Frost, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio. As a law clerk, she drafted numerous orders and opinions and advised the court on a variety of employment law issues, which constituted a significant portion of the court’s docket.
Ms. Newcomer has been named a Florida Super Lawyer “Rising Star” for 2009 and 2010. She currently serves as Third Vice-President of the Orlando Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and is a member of the Board of Directors of the March of Dimes of Central Florida.
