Scott Stanley is a patent attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office and admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio. Mr. Stanley’s practice is focused on various aspects of intellectual property law, including patent preparation and prosecution, patent litigation support and conducting patentability, validity and infringement studies. Mr. Stanley assists clients with patent matters in many technologies, including electrical devices, electrical circuits, computer networks, computer systems, software, business methods, communication networks, printing systems, consumer products and other electrical and mechanical technologies. In addition, Mr. Stanley assists clients with trademark prosecution and enforcement.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Stanley worked in several engineering roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in Akron, Ohio, while earning an Electrical Engineering degree at the University of Dayton.
Mr. Stanley is a member of the Cincinnati Intellectual Property Law Association (CincyIP) and the Cincinnati, Ohio State and American Bar Associations.
