  • Representing the SIPA Trustee for the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, as a member of the BakerHostetler legal team that serves as his court-appointed counsel, working on the global investigation and litigations of the largest financial fraud in history.
Construction Litigation
  • Represented hospital system in arbitration proceedings involving structural damage to outpatient clinic due to negligence of design-build contractor. The case involved complex geotechnical engineering issues.

  • Represented a hedge fund in bankruptcy proceedings of a developer of multiple golf course properties. Negotiated with contentious constituencies, resulting in confirmed plan of liquidation for the debtors.
  • Represented secured lender in complex mortgage foreclosure case with 40 defendants who were tenants in common.
