Tasia McIntyre focuses her practice on a variety of employee benefits matters, including qualified and nonqualified pension plans, health and welfare benefit plans and executive compensation issues. Ms. McIntyre also counsels clients on IRS and DOL compliance matters, ERISA claims procedures, retirement plan qualification and fiduciary duties.
Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, Ms. McIntyre practiced employee benefits law and ERISA litigation in Cleveland, Ohio. She also held a Federal Judicial Externship for the United States District Court in the Northern District of Ohio. Prior to attending law school, Ms. McIntyre worked in immigration law, preparing and filing U.S. business immigration petitions and work, entry and residence permits for transferees to or between countries outside of the U.S.
Ms. McIntyre is a member of the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
