Three Baker Hostetler Lawyers Nominated to BTI Client Service All-Stars 2010
CLEVELAND, OH– January 26, 2010 – Baker Hostetler is one of an elite group of only 12 law firms nationally to have more than two lawyers nominated to The BTI Consulting Group's (BTI) Client Service All-Stars 2010, "demonstrating a firm-wide commitment to client service excellence," according to BTI. The three attorneys nominated by clients for their exceptional service are David G. Holcombe, Harlan W. Robins and Lee H. Simowitz.
The BTI Client Service All-Stars is a select group of attorneys nominated solely and exclusively on feedback from clients in BTI’s independent study as delivering the absolute best in client service. There were only 165 attorneys from 112 firms named BTI Client Service All-Stars for 2010.
BTI, a Wellesley, MA, based research and consulting firm, conducts a yearly survey of more than 240 General Counsel at Fortune 1000 companies. The interviews gauge market opportunities, probe changing client needs and, most importantly, assess client experiences with their law firms and attorneys. The BTI Client Service All-Stars are named by clients who believe that the lawyer nominated delivered outstanding legal skills combined with practical business knowledge, extraordinary attention to client needs and noteworthy responsiveness.
"I am very proud that our clients have cited Dave, Harlan and Lee for exceptional client service," said Steven Kestner, national Executive Partner of the firm. "Everything we do at Baker Hostetler nationwide is based on providing exceptional value and service to our clients, so this distinction based on client feedback is especially meaningful to us."
