Tim Neal is responsible for a variety of client matters with a focus on intellectual property law and litigation.
Before attending law school, Mr. Neal worked as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). His area of examination included stents, balloon catheters and other vascular devices. In addition, Mr. Neal examined applications involving a wide array of general surgical devices including, scalpels, suture anchors, suture, clips and ligature appliers.
While in law school at the University of Virginia, Mr. Neal was on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology.
